Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal data needed to process your application — identity documents, academic records and contact details. Data is shared exclusively with the universities, embassies and service providers involved in your file, and is never sold to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to bridgegate96@gmail.com.
Terms & Conditions
Bridge Gate Education provides advisory and processing services. Admission and visa decisions are made solely by the universities and the competent authorities. Service fees cover our professional work and are separate from university tuition, embassy and government fees. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and authentic documents.
Refund Policy
Service fees are refundable if we fail to obtain an admission offer for the agreed program, minus any third-party costs already paid (translation, legalization, embassy fees). Refund requests are processed within 30 working days of a written request. Visa rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete client documents are not eligible for refund.
